Lots of Updates

Updates:

I checked all sites to see which offers still stood

• 1 was removed/it had expired
• 1 has been move to expired because they are still offering good bonuses despite being expired
• 1 is still offering lifetime gold but has added a surf to platinum offer
• 1 has changed to 1 year upgrades instead of lifetime
  

I gave all the titles an add with the program name to perhaps make it easier to see them in a list. This also helps me to go back and delete when the offer has expired.

I changed temp upgrades to actual time frame of upgrade, most of which are only 1 month

Some sites are getting close to their limit on the free upgrades so get in soon before they are gone.
